Our principle is simple:
In Luxembourg, you work an average of 18,5 days per month
- We multiply it by the daily rate
- Payrolla's fee is directly deducted from this gross amount.
- Then, approximately 80% of the remaining amount is used as basis for computing your salary.
- The remaining 20% is saved for your attendance bonus
- Once you have worked for a full 3 months, your attendance bonus is automatically triggered in December.
