To sign a letter of mission with Payrolla, the process is simple:
Here's an additional step:If you create a simulation on our platform and the candidate accepts it, you have the option to directly convert the simulation into a letter of mission.
Working with Payrolla offers you greater advantages in terms of freedom, flexibility, and the benefits of employee status for a minimal cost of €399,00 per month.
Furthermore, many companies in the finance sector do not engage with freelancers due to liability concerns in case of incidents. Payrolla provides insurance coverage for all its client members in case of any such incidents.
By collaborating with our platform, you gain access to opportunities that might not be available to you as an independent worker, all while ensuring you receive the best remuneration in the market.
You approve the time sheets. Thanks to our EasyTimesheet system, all you need to do is enter the days when the consultant was not present. After that, the time sheets are generated and automatically sent to you.
To summarize, there is no signature as such. With EasyTimesheet, the time sheets are automatically generated on a full-time basis.
If there's an error, you can make changes at any time or contact us.
And if everything is okay, you can either approve them on your platform or do nothing, knowing that the time sheets are automatically approved after 72 hours.
We cannot be more knowledgeable than you, which is why we trust you to assess the alignment between the required skills or experiences and the profiles of the externals.
Payrolla requests your bank account number in order to transfer your upcoming compensation via bank transfer at the end of each month when you are on assignment.
Feel free to review your bank statements to identify any suspicious activity and report it to us if necessary through your support email.
In Luxembourg, it is a requirement for the employee to inform their employer on the first day of their absence and provide a medical certificate no later than the third day of absence.
At Payrolla, you only work on weekdays (Monday to Friday). Therefore, we do not allow the reporting of sick leave during the weekend or on a public holiday.
Payrolla is designed to meet the specific needs of several types of user:
- Luxembourg residents and cross-border commuters:
We offer Luxembourg employment contracts enabling you to benefit from the country's social security cover and benefits. For cross-border commuters and non-residents, we also provide offices and coworking spaces to facilitate eligibility for our services.
- Companies, whether in or outside Luxembourg: Companies located outside Luxembourg that wish to expand into the Luxembourg market can use Payrolla to hire external staff without having to set up legal entities locally. We manage all the hiring, providing office space and taking care of local HR and administrative management.
- Recruitment agencies: Payrolla is also an ideal partner for recruitment agencies, enabling them to place their clients efficiently while optimising administrative and contractual processes.
Whether you are a professional looking to set up on your own in complete security, a company looking for an effective intermediation solution, or a recruitment agency looking to exploit new opportunities for your clients, Payrolla has the solutions to support you.
Similar to any consulting company, the client company approves the timesheets.
Our EasyTimesheet system allows you to complete this process in under 1 minute, and it's fully automated.
Through your personal account, you don't have to enter your work hours, but only your absences.
It also allows you to view your history at any time.
Payrolla is your employer and approves your leave requests.
However, the client company of your assignment is consulted and informed about each of your requests.
The client company can also track your absence schedule.
You receive your attendance bonus every December, starting from the point where you have worked for at least 3 full months, as well as during the last month of your assignment.
Attention: a minimum of 2 months equivalent to the employer cost must remain on your Payrolla's account in order to comply with the legal obligations for the whole duration of your mission and therefore reduce the amount paid
Payrolla deducts €399.00 per month from the amount invoiced for the duration of the assignment to cover the costs of running and developing its platform.
This rate, which is fixed and extremely competitive in Luxembourg, enables you to receive the best net remuneration according to the conditions and assignments proposed by the client.
Generally speaking, so-called "traditional" consultancy firms deduct between 20% and 50%.

We offer permanent employment contracts (CDI - contrat à durée indéterminée) with a trial period of 6 months.

Payrolla's strength lies in guaranteeing candidates the best compensation. This advantage remains consistent throughout the year for our clients, enabling them to attract top talent while maintaining budget control.
Our solution, based on the principle of Operational Excellence, would not be viable if we were to bear the cost of salary indexation, and it would not be legal if we were to pass these costs onto our external candidates.
This is why we only collaborate with companies that share this holistic view of our service and are willing to cover the cost of salary indexation.
This is what we refer to as a win-win-win situation.
At Payrolla, we operate under the assumption that you work 100% of the time you're engaged.
Instead of entering your timesheets, you only need to report your monthly absences (sick leave, legal leave, etc.), and your timesheets are generated automatically.
That, is what we call Operational Excellence.
At Payrolla, we operate on the principle that our externals are motivated and that when they commit, they work 100% of the projected time.
That's why we offer the EasyTimesheets management system. It's a time sheet system designed to simplify your life. Instead of entering their time sheets on a monthly basis, which requires you to validate them, both you and the external have the ability to declare their monthly absences (such as legal sick leave, etc.).
Subsequently, their time sheets are generated and automatically sent to you.
Payrolla ensures the best remuneration. Its principle is based on digitalized service.
Therefore, Payrolla incorporates all Luxembourg digitalized services or solutions that enhance the attractiveness of your package.
We are currently negociating with luxembourgish providers regarder company cars and meal vouchers.
Payrolla is the only fully automated consulting firm in Luxembourg. It is founded on the principle of Operational Excellence and complete optimization transparency.
Unlike its counterparts, which rely on the margin generated by external consultants to support facilities, sales, or administrative services, at Payrolla, we only have external consultants to pay. This allows us to guarantee them the best remuneration without increasing the daily rate.
This approach is beneficial when it comes to attracting talent. This innovative approach is particularly useful for companies looking for external consultants in markets facing candidate shortages and fixed rates.

Sometimes, malicious individuals create fake emails or websites designed to resemble Payrolla. These sites can be used to attempt to steal personal information, such as your password to access your account. This is often referred to as "phishing" or "identity theft."
If you receive an email or are directed to a website that looks like Payrolla but asks for confidential information, be cautious.
- Look for legitimate links: Fraudulent emails may contain links to fake Payrolla web pages that attempt to steal your information. Do not click on links in emails you are unsure about. When visiting Payrolla, pay attention to the URL; it should always start with https://www.payrolla.lu or https://app.payrolla.lu. If you click on a link that takes you to a page that looks like Payrolla but does not start with these addresses, it's a fraudulent page and you should close it. When in doubt, always start from the Payrolla homepage. Type https://www.payrolla.lu into your browser and go from there. Pay close attention to any misspellings of the Payrolla name. If Payrolla is misspelled in the website address, the website is fake and should be closed.
- Look for a lock icon in your browser: You can determine if a website is secure by looking for a lock icon in your browser's address bar. All Payrolla pages will display this icon. If the lock icon is not present in the address bar, your connection to the website is not secure, and you should not enter any personal information.
- Beware of threatening tones: Fraudulent emails and websites often have an urgent tone and threaten to suspend the account, miss out on data, or delay payment if you do not click a link or provide certain information immediately. If it's genuinely important, you will typically find more information in your Payrolla dashboard. If you have any doubt about the authenticity of an email, log in to your account and go from there.
It's incredibly easy.
All you need to do is create a free company account on our platform. A framework contract will be generated and submitted for secure electronic signature.
Of course, this process is entirely free, with no commitment or purchase obligation.
When it comes to creating a secure password, the more symbols and numbers, the better.
Make your password unique!Ensure that your Payrolla password is different from passwords you use for other websites, such as your email, bank account, or social media accounts. This way, security issues on those sites are less likely to impact your Payrolla account.
We recommend using iCloud Keychain, 1Password, Google Password Manager, or any other trusted password manager to generate a strong and unique password that will be stored on your computer and protected by a master password.
Tips for setting a "strong" password:
The longer your password, the more difficult it will be to guess.
Within your organization, the mission order creator is designated as the default approver. You can select an additional person with the authority to approve the time sheets of the worker on assignment.
Whether it's to involve other departments (e.g., IT and Procurement) or simply to ensure time sheet approval when you're on leave.
As a Payrolled employee, the worker is entitled to 26 days of annual legal leave, which can be taken starting from the end of the third month of their assignment and proportionally based on the months already worked.
A letter of mission is valid for 48 hours after it is sent. After this period, if there is no response from the candidate, it will be canceled. You will be notified, and you can also withdraw the letter at any time if it has not been validated by the candidate.
The negotiation of the daily rate is up to you.
We recommend working transparently with external candidates and explaining the daily rate you are willing to offer them. You can proceed in the way that best suits you: create a job offer in your Payrolla account, conduct an interview, send a detailed salary simulation covering the entire duration of their assignment (from their first month's salary to their final settlement), all with just a click.
